FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural production, in particular, to a method for preparing a homogeneous feed mixture. Method is characterized by that premix and filler are placed in grinder-mixer for production of primary premixes with housing of spherical shape, then, by means of rotating double-side blades with cut-off angle, mixture is clamped in adjustable gap of 0.6–1.2 mm located between blade of blade and working disk with notch on working surface in form of Archimedes spiral. Blade shear angle is 12–15°. After that, double-side blades with cut angle eject the mixture onto inner spherical surface of grinder-mixer to produce primary premixes, thus creating stable flow – fluidized bed, in which components are uniformly distributed. Mixing process in grinder-mixer to produce primary premixes takes 30–40 s. Obtained primary premix is poured into a blending mixer for the feed mixture and filler is added, the blended mass is grasped by the double-sided bar, pressed to the notch on the working disc, are ground and uniformly ejected along the entire perimeter of the feed mixer grinder-mixer inner spherical surface, lifting it upwards, where the guiding fairing smoothly changes the direction of fluidized bed movement from bottom to top in top-to-bottom movement, creating a stable process of diffusion mixing of components. Then filler is added again and mixed with double-sided bar for 4–5 minutes, finished mixture is unloaded.

EFFECT: invention usage allows to produce a homogeneous mixture of therapeutic fodders, vitamin thermolabile and mineral premixes.
