SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, namely to a plant for preparing a homogeneous mixture of therapeutic fodders, vitamin thermolabile and mineral premixes. Plant includes a grinder-mixer for primary premixes and a grinder-mixer of fodder mixtures, a loading and unloading device connected to it. Spherical housing of grinder-mixer for primary premixes in lower part is made in form of cylinder. In the cylinder there is a disc with a notch on the working surface in the form of an Archimedean spiral with its bending to the side opposite to the rotation of the double-sided blade. Said blade is secured on drive shaft with adjustable clearance of 0.6–1.2 mm. Its working plane is cut at friction angle α=12–15°. Clamping angle between blade and notch on disc is β=18–20°. Disk structure with a notch grinder-mixer of the feed mixture is similar. Double-sided scourge in cross-section is arranged in the form of a square. Top part of spherical housing is truncated by 70°, it is replaced by guiding fairing. Grinder-mixer for primary premixes is located above grinder-mixer of fodder mixture and hermetically communicated with it by means of branch pipe. Discharge device is made in the form of discharge branch pipe with gate.

EFFECT: invention usage allows to enhance the prepared fodders quality.
