SUBSTANCE: method includes obtaining a water suspension of nanoparticles with a size of 50-300 nm by means of advance preparation of ionite, its grinding, adding water, separation of particle suspension, characterized by the N-form for cationite or ON-form for anionite and lack of coions in water, determination of the concentration of functional ionite groups and then addition of iogenic drug to the suspension in an amount not exceeding the equivalent number of functional ionite groups.

EFFECT: invention allows you to increase the effectiveness of antitumour chemotherapy by increasing the activity of cells to absorb nanocontainers with antitumour substance preventing nanocontainer toxicity to cells as a result of application of dispersed nanoparticles of polystyrene ion exchangers with a size of 50-300 nm with developed external and internal surfaces.
