FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: transgenic plant cell, containing the above protein as well as a transgenic plant, a part of a transgenic plant, a seed of a transgenic plant, and a tissue cells culture containing the said cell are disclosed. The invention also relates to a method for production of a transgenic plant material that expresses a polypeptide in chloroplasts using the above nucleic acid construct.
EFFECT: invention allows to effectively localize the polypeptide into the cell's chloroplast.
