FIELD: engine devices and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: methods are implemented by metering the charge cooling efficiency of the detonation combustion prevention fluid at higher temperatures. In response to the prediction of a higher temperature of the detonation combustion prevention fluid during the discharge of the direct injection from the injector, the duration of injection impulse is set. Any shortage of detonation attenuation is compensated along with using alternative engine settings, such as boost settings or ignition moment.
EFFECT: improvement of detonation combustion prevention in the engine.
