FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: thermal disinfection system of solid medical wastes containing a sterilisation chamber with a sealed lid and rotating horizontal cutters mounted in the lower part of the chamber on a vertical shaft connected with the rotor of the electric motor and connected to the electrical control panel. Herewith the chamber contains an input for supplying disinfectant in it and is provided with fixed cutters mounted on the circumference of its wall, and the rotating cutters mounted on the shaft, heating elements, the temperature sensors are mounted on the inner and outer sides of the walls of the sterilisation chamber. Furthermore, vapour cooling water counter-current columns are mounted in one case with the sterilisation chamber, the vapour output of the said columns is connected with a block of filters for treatment of exhaust vapours, water feeding valves, a temperature sensor, heating elements. The electric control panel is equipped with a programmable controller connected to the electric motor, fans, heating elements, temperature control devices, and valves. The system additionally contains a cyclone filter with a sealed capacity with a quick connection, a cooling radiator, a filter group with a fan, a wastewater disinfectant generated by the thermal disinfection. In addition, the reception and display of information about the status of all systems and nodes is displayed on the touch panel.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of wastewater treatment resulting from the operation of the system, by fine water purification, increasing the ventilation efficiency of the work area where the thermal disinfection of solid medical waste is located.
