FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: pneumatic vibration isolator comprises a cover and a body. Partition with throttling opening divides the body into working and damping chambers. Automatic level regulator is made in form of an outlet nozzle, a damper, a safety unit and a pusher for interaction with the nozzle. The damper is made in the form of a spring-loaded cup with an outer flange and grooves inclined to the cup axis on the outer surface. The outlet nozzle is arranged coaxially to the pusher. The safety unit is located inside cup. To limit the travel of the damper, level regulator is provided with stops. Washer screen damper is mounted on cover through vibration damping gasket. The main screen resilient element of the damper is supported by the lower part on the base and fixed by the lower washer, and the upper part is fixed by the upper pressure washer. Lower washer is connected to the base made in form of a plate with fastening holes. Upper pressure washer is connected to the centrally located ring enclosed by coaxially arranged ring connected with the base. Resilient element is positioned between the lower end of piston and sleeve bottom.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation.
