FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibration insulator comprises a body, a central bushing with a rod for connecting with a vibration-insulated object and a system of wire elastic elements. One ends of wire elastic elements are fixed in body and others are fixed in the bushing. The wire elastic elements are arranged in the radial planes and are crossed in pairs with each other. Flat springs are fixed by their ends on inner surface of central bushing for interaction of its convex part with rod. Body is provided with additional bushings with thread on the inner surface installed in the body wall. The wire elastic elements have a thread on the end for interaction with threads of bushings. The body of the vibration insulator is placed in a frame made in the form of a cup with a bottom. The upper part of the cup is rigidly connected to the body. A damping device is placed between the rod of central bushing and the frame bottom through a vibration damping gasket. The damping device is made in the form of a washer mesh damper consisting of the upper and lower covers, between which a mesh elastic element is placed.
EFFECT: increase of the special vibration isolation efficiency.
