FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: the gear wheel comprises a body, a gear rim with a hollow teeth made of plate, bent in the outer teeth profile, calculated for the wheel, and a pair of circumferential linings. Within the cavity of each tooth along the tooth height and is perpendicular to the tooth axis, flat jumper bars are located. The area of each jumper bar is equal to the cross-section of the tooth cavity at the height of the jumper bar location. Around the periphery, the jumper bars are fixed on the inner tooth surfaces and the circumferential linings. In place of the leading side surface adjusting to the wheel body, a pair of through equal-sized rectangular holes is formed, adjacent to the inner surfaces of the circumferential linings and disposed symmetrically relative to each other. Similar pair of holes of equal formed in the leading side surface of and on the level of each jumper bar with openings bottoms adjusting to upper planes of the jumper bars. The height of all holes is less than the height of the cavities formed by the jumper bars in the general tooth cavity.
EFFECT: improved quality of gear wheel lubrication.
