FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: slit burner with forced air supply contains an air distribution duct with an air supply channel connected to the blower fan, a slit channel formed by blocks of refractory material and connected to the air supply channel, guide walls installed in the air supply channel, a two-pipe manifold located in the air supply channel under the blocks of refractory materials, each pipe of which contains one row of gas outlets, each of which is rotated at an angle of 45° with respect to the transverse air flow, wherein further provided with a slit duct made with parallel guide walls lined inside with monolithic refractory material plates and connected to the outlet of the air distribution duct by means of flange connection, the outlet of the latter is provided with an air distribution grid with nests, arranged in a corridor arrangement with identical transverse and longitudinal steps, equipped with intensifiers of air flow turbulent movement, inserted between two plates, the distance between which is equal to the width of the slit channel, and the area of the live cross-section of passage channels of the air distribution grid is larger than the cross-sectional area of the outlet of the air distribution duct in 0.4÷0.7 times.

EFFECT: increasing the uniformity and speed of the processes of mixture formation along the length of burner slit channel, accelerating the combustion of gas, reducing the content of chemical underburn and harmful substances in the combustion products, and reducing the height of the torch.
