SUBSTANCE: shelving burner with forced air supply comprises air distribution box with an air supply pipe connected to a blower fan, the slit passage defined by blocks of refractory material and connected to the air supply passage, the guide walls installed in the air supply channel, and two-pipe collector, located in air supply channel under the blocks of refractory material, each tube of which contains one row of gas outlets, each of which is rotated at an angle of 45° relative to the transverse air flow duct is further provided with a slot with parallel guide walls, lined internally monolithic plates of refractory material, at the outlet of air distribution duct, steel air distribution grid is inserted between the two steel plates, the spacing between them being equal to the width of the shelving channel, the area of the live section of the holes of the air distribution grid being 0.4-0.7 times larger than the cross-section of the air supply duct of the air distribution box, and the side surfaces of the air distribution box are wedged.

EFFECT: improving the uniformity and speed of the processes of mixing of the burner along the length of the shelving channel, accelerating the gas combustion processes, reduction of unburnt carbon in the combustion chemical products and harmful substances.
