FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method is in the interaction of diethanolamine and fatty acids in the form of individual substances or mixtures having 10 to 24 carbon atoms, with a molar ratio of reactants of fatty acids: diethanolamine as 1:(0.9-1.5). The process is carried out in a continuous scheme in a flow-through reactor under isothermal conditions at a temperature selected from the range of 170-250°C, with a residence time in the reactor from 45±15 min to 5.5±1 min, depending on the synthesis temperature. At the end of the synthesis, water is removed from the reaction system, after which the product is rapidly cooled.
EFFECT: method is characterized by high productivity, allows to shorten the synthesis time and to produce products with an increased content of active components.
