SUBSTANCE: scar tissues within the neurovascular bundle of the posterior tibial artery and necrotic muscles of the long flexor of the I toe, the common flexor of the II-V toes are dissected. Tenolysis, redressement of the foot joints are performed. The deformation of the toes is eliminated. The fusion of interphalangeal joint of the I toe is created. The tendons of the long flexor of the I toe and the common flexor of the II-V toes are attached to the medial head of the gastrocnemius muscle.
EFFECT: restoration of blood supply to soft tissues of the lower third of the shin and foot.
