SUBSTANCE: battery is included in the chain of the brushless generator with permanent magnets and installed along the inner peripheral surface of a flywheel. Magnetic rings of the flywheel are located on its outer peripheral surface, and stator windings are in a stationary case, in the center of which there is an axis equipped with secondary windings of the transformer and permanent magnets of the brushless generator. Its stator windings are installed in the flywheel and connected to the batteries via the switching unit. On the outer surface of the case there are super condensers, connected in parallel to the battery. The primary windings of the transformer are located opposite to the secondary windings and are fixed to the flywheel.

EFFECT: extended service life.
