With each active traffic light signal, the vehicle actions are synchronized with the detail and overview television sensors using a synchronization device with a traffic light controller that is connected to the computer module, actions of vehicles are video recorded with automatic switching of the illumination modes of the controlled zones of the television sensors, which is done a control device of the lighting system.
