FIELD: traffic control systems of road transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for traffic control. A method for traffic control on a road section with a bus line includes the attribution of control zones detailed television transducers and survey television transducers. When a vehicle appears in the control zone of the first detailed television transducer, the detection of number plate and the fixation of the appearance time are conducted, as well as an analysis of behavior of the vehicle for the violation of the rest before stop line or pass to red traffic lights. When a vehicle appears in the control zone of the second detailed television transducer, a number plate is detected and an analysis of the behavior of this vehicle is made at road intersection. If the vehicle was at a controlled road intersection within the last 10 seconds, a data set on violation of driving regulations is formed. If the number plate of a fixed vehicle is contained in the database of route vehicles, information on the violation is deleted. All image information received from survey and detailed television transducers is transmitted to a computational module that uses software to analyze the behavior of vehicles, forms video clips about the transport passing through the controlled road section, transfers the generated videos to the information processing and storage center, determines the presence of violations of driving regulations, forms video clips fixing violations. Videofixation of the actions of vehicles is conducted with automatic switching of the modes of illumination of control zones of television transducers, which is carried out by means of a lighting system control device connected with a computing module, detailing transducers, an ambient light sensor, a lighting device.

EFFECT: invention provides an expansion of functionality in the detection of violations of driving regulations.
