SUBSTANCE: based on the definition of the most informative combinations of pathological polymorphisms of a married couple: ITGB3 (1565T>C) and MTHFR (677C>T) genes in the mother and PAI-1 (5G>4G) and MTHFR (677C>T) genes in the father, taking into account the obstetric anamnesis, the prognostic index D is calculated by the formula D=D=2.64×X1+0.95×X2+0.44×X3+0.55×X4+1.28×X5-1.67, where D is the prognostic index; X1 is the presence of a burdened obstetric anamnesis: 1 if present, 0 if not; X2 is the presence of the 1565 TS/CC polymorphic version of ITGB 3 T 1565 C gene in the woman's genotype: 1 if present, 0 if not; X3 is the presence of the 677 CT/TT polymorphic version of the MTHFR C677T gene in the woman's genotype: 1 if present, 0 if not; X4 is the presence of the 675 4G4G genotype of the PAI-1 5G6754G gene in the man, 1 if present, 0 if not; X5 is the presence of the 677 TT genotype of the MTHFR C677T gene in the man: 1 if present, 0 if not, and at a value of D<0 a conclusion is made about the low risk of sub- and decompensated placental insufficiency, and at D≥0 - about the high risk of development.
