SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and relates to a method for predicting a non-developing pregnancy associated with chromosomal abnormalities of the embryo, which consists in determining the anamnestic data of a woman and a man planning childbirth: the age of the patient and her partner, the presence of chronic diseases of the genitourinary system in the patient, alcohol abuse by the partner, an analysis of the MTHFR C677T polymorphism in a woman and spermogram parameters in a man is carried out, after which the prognostic index Y is calculated; and at Y>0, a high risk of a missed pregnancy associated with CA in the embryo is predicted, and at Y<0, a low risk of a missed pregnancy associated with genomic mutations in the embryo.
EFFECT: invention improves the efficiency of determining the risk of missed pregnancy associated with chromosomal abnormalities in the embryo.
