FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: fluid cleaning system enables removal of minor impurities such as fine dust particles contained in fluids, foreign substances and other substances mixed in the fluid, contaminants, and light debris such as filamentous and fibrous materials. The fluid cleaning system includes a centrifugal separator that separates fine particles contained in the fluid using centrifugal force and a filter device for removing the remaining fine particles left in the fluid after the centrifugal separator. The centrifugal separator includes a cylindrical casing, in which a vortex is formed by feeding fluid containing fine particles from a fluid inlet so that the centrifugal force moves the fine particles from the inside in order to separate these fine particles and the separated fines are deposited, and a fine particle removal portion for removing fine particles, deposited on the bottom portion of the cylindrical casing beyond its limits, the filtering device includes a filtration chamber for filtering the fluid, filtering chamber has filtering part located inside cylindrical casing along axis of cylindrical casing for filtering fluid by means of accumulation of multiple filter particles, a cleaning part mounted outside the cylindrical casing and connected to fluid discharge opening for cleaning by dispersing multiple filter particles in volume larger than volume of filtering part, and a moving device for moving multiple filter particles between the filter part and the moving part. In the fluid cleaning state, multiple filter particles accumulate in the filtering part for filtering the supplied fluid, and the fluid to be filtered is directed to the fluid discharge opening through the cleaning part for cleaning the fluid, and wherein in the cleaning state of the device, multiple filter particles are dispersed in the cleaning portion for cleaning using the supplied fluid, and the fluid is directed to the fluid discharge opening for cleaning the device.
EFFECT: reliable removal of fine particles, cleaning the system in a simple way without replacement.
