FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gear train contains conjugated twin gears, each consisting of a body and a gear rim with teeth. At the top of each tooth of each gear wheel, along its width, with adjoining to the face between the vertex and the advancing side surface of the tooth and with the inscription in the theoretical extension of the calculated advancing side surface of the tooth, there is a row of teeth of pyramidal shape, which height is less than the value of the gear train axial clearance.
EFFECT: improved operation reliability of the gear train.
