FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gear wheel comprises a body, a gear rim with hollow teeth made of plate, bent on the outer teeth profile to form through-holes in their impinging side surfaces in the place of the surfaces abutment to the wheel body, and a pair of circumferential linings fixed on the teeth ends and body portion ends adjacent to the gear rim. Inside each gear, with a clearance relative to its upwind side surface and equidistant to it, a jumper bar is located, mounted on the inner side of the gear top and inner surfaces of circumferential lining to form a gap between it and the wheel body. Each gear is formed of a single plate. The through hole is formed symmetrically with respect to the lateral surface. The width of the holes equals half the width of the side surface. Hole height is the sum of the height of the non-working portion of the side surface and the height of the side surface operating in a two-pair engagement mode. A similar hole is formed in the side surface from the gear tops adjacently thereto; the width of this hole is equal to the width of the first opening. The height of the hole is equal to the height of the side surface of the operating mode in the two-pair engagement, minus the thickness of the strip section which forms the top of the gear.
EFFECT: improved quality of gear wheel lubrication.
