FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gear comprises a body, a crown with hollow teeth and a pair of circular pads. Each tooth is made of a curved plate. The upwind surface of the tooth through hole width equal to half of the tooth flank and a height equal to the sum of the non-working portion of the side surface and the side surface of the working portion working mode in the two-pair engagement. A similar hole is made in the width of the side surface and the upwind side of the tooth tops adjacently thereto. The height of the hole is equal to the height of the side surface of the operating mode in the two-pair engagement, minus the thickness of the strip section which forms the top of the tooth. On the inner side of the plate forming the surface of the lagging, and on the inner surfaces lining reinforced shelves, oriented perpendicular to the tooth axis. The shelves are arranged with gaps relative to the plate, forming a run-on surface. On the side surface of the shelves the flanges are provided with width equal to the width of the flange facing towards the wheel body and made equidistant upwind side surface. A similar ledge is fixed to the inner side of the plate forming the tooth top. And between the adjacent flanges and shelves, as well as between the lower rim and the wheel body formed clearances.
EFFECT: improved quality of gear wheel lubrication.
