SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by using a media content processor that includes: a receiver configured to receive radio data, including media content and metadata describing it; a control unit having communication with the receiver and configured to receive said radio data and identify an interactive content element related to the user interface option applicable to the particular data type based on the parsing of metadata information fields labeled as including data elements that are different from interactive content; as well as a display screen having communication with the control unit and configured to display the indicated option indicating an action applicable to the particular data type that can be performed depending on the identified interactive content element.
