SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for determination of tumour B lymphoblasts availability markers to establish the primary structure of the major immunoglobulin heavy chain genes. The absence of major products of BCR locus amplification indicates the absence of tumour B-lympholasts. In case of predominance of B-lymphoblasts clones with rearrangements, minimal residual disease is determined in acute leukemia in children.

EFFECT: effective detection of the genes type of the immunoglobulins heavy chain and establishment of the primary structure of the rearranged gene.
