SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and medicine, namely to recombinant plasmid DNA pAL2-T-ExP. Plasmid DNA pAL2-T-ExP is designed to create DNA-calibrators in evaluating the effectiveness of therapy in patients with acute myeloid leukemia. This plasmid DNA contains an insert of sequentially cross-linked ligation sites of cDNA genes PRAME, WT1, BAALC, ABL1, GUSB.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain DNA calibrators for evaluating the effectiveness of therapy with increased accuracy in patients with acute myeloid leukemia.
