SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mass-spectrometric methods of measuring the concentration of particles in biological tissues and discloses a method for recording organic nano- or microparticles in biological tissues using accelerator mass-spectrometry (AMS). The method is characterized by the fact that recording of particles in tissue samples using an accelerator mass-spectrometer. Polymeric nano- and microspheres are used as particles. Their monomer molecules contain an amount of carbon isotope C-14, which is excess relative to the background value.

EFFECT: lowering the lower limit of the measured concentration of organic particles in biological tissues, possibility of studying the effects of aerosols on living organisms in vivo.
