FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for manufacturing microporous nanocomposite polymer materials and filter elements based on them. Filtering microporous material obtained by a method comprising mixing a powder of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene with an average particle size of 130–180 mcm with a halloysite powder with a particle size of 1–15 mcm, taken in an amount of 0.1–3.0 % by weight and introduced into a mixture of ethyl alcohol to form a liquid-disperse molding mixture. Resulting mixture is sonicated, air-dried and molded. Molding of the composite is carried out by sintering in a mold. Through the molded composite, an air stream is passed under pressure comprising aerosol particles of metallic silver of spherical shape, having dimensions from 40 to 50 nm, so that they are deposited on the surface and in the pore volume of the material.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the simplification of technology and higher safety level of manufacture.
