FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: applying water dispersion in lacquer of heat welding for welding aluminium surfaces with polystyrene, PET (polyethylene terephthalate), PLA (polylactic acid) or PVC (polyvinyl chloride) differs in that the lacquer for thermal welding is applied before welding in a single layer to the surface of aluminium, that the specified lacquer for thermal welding, at least, 50 wt % consists of water dispersion. This aqueous dispersion has the first polymer phase with a glass transition temperature between -20 and 30°C and the second polymer phase with a glass transition temperature between 20 and a value below 50°C, the second polymer phase containing, in terms of the sum of both polymer phases, 2 to 10 wt % of (meth) acrylic acid capable to copolymerize with (meth) acrylates.
EFFECT: surfaces of these polymers are concatenated with aluminium without the use of primer coating, aqueous dispersions have a suitable drying time, and afterwards have a good resistance to adhesion.
