FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a heat-sealable structure containing aluminum foil and heat seal varnish. Described is a heat-sealable structure comprising aluminum foil and heat seal varnish, wherein said structure demonstrates the strength of the weld, in accordance with ASTM F2824, more than 23 N/15 mm, preferably more than 25 N/15 mm in heat sealing with another heat-sealable structure containing aluminum foil and the same heat-seal lacquer, wherein said heat sealing poles of both structures contact each other for heat sealing. Said heat-seal lacquer contains copolymer mixture containing: 30–80 wt. %, preferably 40–70 wt. %, more preferably 50–60 wt. % of copolymer (A) based on (co)polymers of (meth)acrylate ester, olefin (co)polymers and block-copolymers or graft copolymers containing sequences of (meth)acrylate ester and sequence of olefins; 20–70 wt. %, preferably 30–60 wt. %, more preferably 40–50 wt. % copolymer (B) based on vinyl halides, vinyl esters of carboxylic acids and ethylenically unsaturated (poly)carboxylic acids. Also described is a method of producing a heat-sealable structure and use thereof.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improved method of storage in containers made from heat-sealing structures.
