EFFECT: method differs by varying the concentrations of the reducing agent from 1 mM to less than 20 mM at the first stage and from 1 to 100 mM at the second stage of reductive amination, thereby overcoming the traditional problems of low yield of a modified polypeptide with a prolonged action profile.
