FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of biotechnology, specifically to a method for producing a conjugate of a physiologically active polypeptide with an immunoglobulin constant region. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for efficiently producing a conjugate of a physiologically active polypeptide by solving the problem of low yield by using salt in a coupling reaction in preparing a conjugate of a physiologically active polypeptide. Physiologically active polypeptide – non-peptidyl polymer – immunoglobulin constant region conjugate can be obtained in high yield and purity using the production method of the present invention. In addition, the conjugate of a physiologically active polypeptide obtained using this method can be effectively used in the development of a long-acting composition of a physiologically active polypeptide.
EFFECT: improved method for producing a conjugate of a physiologically active polypeptide in high yield is disclosed.
