FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator contains two elastic elements of mesh type opposite to common vibration damping base fixed on the common base by means of plates with fastening holes. Each of the elastic elements of the mesh type comprises a base, a main elastic mesh element and washers interacting with the bushings. The main mesh elastic element of the damper is supported by the lower part on the base and fixed by the lower washer, and the upper part is fixed by the upper pressure washer. The lower washer is connected to the base made in form of plate with fastening holes. Upper pressure washer is connected to centrally located piston covered with a gap by a coaxially arranged sleeve connected to the base. A elastic element is positioned between lower end of the piston and the sleeve bottom. The elastic element is made of meshed frame filled with polyurethane, or a meshed one with parameters of meshed structure, as in the main elastic mesh element.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency of vibration insulation in the resonance mode and simplification of design and assembly.
