FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Vibration isolator contains a common vibration damping base in the form of a helical cylindrical spring filled with polyurethane. Two oppositely arranged elastic elements of mesh type are fixed on a common base by means of plates with fastening holes. Each of the elastic elements of mesh type comprises a base, a main elastic mesh element and washers, interacting with the bushings. Main elastic mesh element is supported by the lower part on the base and fixed by the lower washer, and the upper part is fixed by the upper pressure washer. Lower plate is connected to the base, made in the form of plate with mounting holes. Upper thrust washer is connected to the centrally located piston, covered with a clearance coaxially located with the sleeve connected to the base. Between the piston lower end and the sleeve bottom the elastic element is located.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the vibration isolation efficiency in the resonance mode, and design and assembly simplification.
