FIELD: means for thermal insulation.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises coating the steel pipe member with heat insulation and hydraulic insulation made of sheet zinc-coated steel, removing contamination and corrosion layers from the outer surface of the pipe member, treating it with phosphating modifier composed of rust converter and anticorrosion converter thus forming phosphating coating, and applying the first layer of heat insulation made of foiled mineral basalt wool whose fiber density is 40-45 kg/m3 and thickness is 40-50 mm that is 45-55% of the total volume of the heat insulation and heat conductivity is 0.05 W/m at 50°C. The foiled surface obtained is provided with the centering rings, and piping member with centering rings is mounted in the spiral shell made of zinc-coated steel sheet. The contamination is preliminary removed from the inner surface of the shell by treating it with phosphating modifier. The ring space between the inner side of the shell and outer surface of the first layer of heat insulation is sealed and filled with the rigid polyurethane of density of 75-88 kg/m3 and conductivity of 0.03 W/m°C at 50°C.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability and prolonged service life.
