FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the thermally insulated pipes intended for the heating mains construction, operated at the conveyed heat carrier constant temperature of 140 °C and higher. In the pipes with combined thermal insulation for heating mains manufacturing method, the steel pipe element (1) outer surface is pre-cleaned of contaminations and corrosion layers. Next, the thermal insulation (3) first layer is applied, consisting of the aluminum foil backed basalt rocks based mineral wool shells. Shells are made with U-shaped locking joints (4) along the mineral wool length and ends with pre-inserted centering elements (6), which height is equal to the thermal insulation first layer thickness. Then, on the installed in the shells centering elements the centering segments (7) are placed and placing into the made of polymer pipe sheath (2). After that, the annular gap between the shell (2) inner surface and the thermal insulation (3) first layer outer surface is sealed on both sides with flanges. Filling the gap (8) with rigid polyurethane foam through the injection hole on the flange.
EFFECT: increasing the pipes operational characteristics during the heat carrier conveying.
