FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: combined spring contains a cylindrical helical spring, consisting of two parts with on-coming ends. The first spring part has rectangular section turns with rounded edges, and the second part is made hollow. The on-coming end of the first part is located in the cavity of the second part. The segmental profile gaps of the contacting spring parts are filled with antifriction lubricant. The sealing collar is mounted on the end of the second part of the spring. The first part of the helical spring is enclosed by the tube of a damping material. The gaps between the spring and the tube are filled with crumb of friction material. Inside the combined spring, the damping element in the form of a vibration damping spring is axially symmetric and coaxial installed. The spring contains a body made of helical hollow elastic steel tube. The additional elastic steel tube is installed inside the body with a gap. A friction element is located in the gaps between the tubes. A helical solid elastic pin is set coaxially to the body. The friction element is made in the form of a granular backfill made of sintered copper-based friction material.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode.
