FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: method for forming the straightener vane comprising the upper and lower shelves with a feather located between the shelves and made of prepreg based on a binder with continuous fiber reinforcement over the entire vane, a multi-layer composite carbon material, and includes curing of the vane. In autoclave, curing is carried out in a mould enclosed with working stack. During curing, vacuum is created in working stack with the mould not exceeding 0.02 MPa and temperature is raised up to 100±5°C at 1-5°C/min rate. Then it is held at 100±5°C temperature for 30-120 minutes, the pressure is raised up to 0.20 MPa at 0.01-0.02 MPa/min rate, after which the pressure is raised up to 0.60±0.05 MPa. Then temperature is raised up to 175±5°C at 1-5°C/min rate and held at 175±5°C for 120-480 minutes, after which it is cooled to 30°C at 1-5°C/min rate and the pressure is released. Holding is carried out for 5-50 min, and vacuum is released in the working stack.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase reliability of the straighter vane, reduce labour intensity of its manufacture, provide stability of strength and rigidity characteristics, improve weight characteristics of the straighter.
