At that, the plurality of optical characteristics includes individual corrections of low-order optical aberrations, individual corrections of optical aberrations from low to medium orders, and individual corrections of optical aberrations from medium to high orders. Provision of the said patient with an option of selection of one of the said plurality of optical characteristics. Provision of the said displayed vision correction results to the said patient for the selected optical characteristic in combination with each of the plurality of mechanical characteristics including base curvature, diameter, core thickness and/or stabilizing profiles. Provision of the said patient with an option of selection of one of the displayed combinations. Provision of the patient's optical characteristic and mechanical characteristic to the system for individual lens production on the basis of free formation to obtain an individual lens based on the said selection results.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the convenience in selection of contact lens types.
