METHOD FOR PREECLAMPSIA SEVERITY DIAGNOSTICS BASED ON EVALUATION OF DNA-RECOGNIZING DAI-1 RECEPTORS EXPRESSION IN PLACENTAL TISSUE Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC G01N33/537

Abstract RU 2641029 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method for morphological diagnosis of preeclampsia severity is proposed. The level of the optical density of intermediate placenta villas syncytiotrophoblast cytoplasm is estimated by immunohistochemistry with primary antibodies to DAI-1. At optical density values less than 0.15 cu., severe preeclampsia is diagnosed, at values above 0.15 cu., moderate preeclampsia and hypertension of pregnant women is diagnosed.

EFFECT: invention provides effective diagnosis of preeclampsia severity based on evaluation of DNA-recognizing DAI-1 receptors expression in placental tissue.
