FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: bulk-type sorber filter comprises a cylindrical body (11), a removable cover (14), a bottom (9) and at least one cylindrical shell (15), input (2) and output (6) porous plates, sorbent (13), input (4) and output (8) branch pipes, input (1) and output (5) limiting grids, input (3) and output (7) separating grids, porous non-combustible heat-resistant material (12). The cylindrical shell (15) is installed inside the cylindrical body (11), is limited by inlet (2) and outlet (6) porous plates. Sorbent (13) is placed inside the cylindrical shell (15). Input (4) and output (8) branch pipes are arranged in the flow direction, respectively, above inlet (2) and under outlet (6) porous plates. SiO2-Cu, silica gel of KSCG brand or their mixture is used as porous non-combustible heat-resistant material. Thermal resistance of porous non-combustible heat-resistant material located between output grids is not less than the thermal resistance of the porous non-combustible heat-resistant material located between the inlet grids. SKT-ZIK, SKT-ZI, VSK-5IK or VSK-5I is used as sorbent. The thickness of layer of porous non-combustible heat-resistant material is determined with the consideration of its thermal conductivity coefficient, the maximum possible temperature of the heating source, the sorbent fire point and heat flow from the side of the heating source effecting the porous non-combustible heat-resistant material.

EFFECT: increased fire-resistance of the bulk type sorber filter.
