FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: vortex injector has a body with a swirl chamber and a nozzle, the body is made in the form of a supply union with a central hole, and rigidly fixed thereto and coaxial to cylindrical sleeve with inner thread and expansion chamber coaxial to the body. A nozzle made in the form of an inverted barrel is coaxially connected to the body in its lower part. A fluid flow swirler is made in the barrel bottom and fitted by at least two cylindrical inlets inclined to the nozzle axis and provided in the nozzle end surface. A hollow conical swirler is fixed in the lower part of the nozzle mixing chamber, which conical shell is fixed by means of at least three spokes fixed in its upper part by one end on the swirler conical shell. The other end of the shell is fixed in an annular groove provided on the inner surface of the mixing chamber. The screw thread is cut on the outer surface of the hollow conical swirler.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of spraying by means of increases spray cone.
