FIELD: devices for spraying or atomizing liquids.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for liquids, solutions spraying. Swirl atomizer contains a body with a swirl chamber and a nozzle. Body is made in the form of a supply fitting with a central hole and rigidly connected to it and a coaxial cylindrical sleeve with an internal thread and an expansion chamber coaxial to the housing. Nozzle made as a inverted barrel is attached to the sleeve by the thread coaxially to the casing in its lower part, in the bottom of which there is a turbulent swirler of the liquid flow with at least two inclusions to the axis of the nozzle in the form of cylindrical openings, which are located in the end surface of the nozzle. Central cylindrical orifice is also made on nozzle end surface and communicated with nozzle mixing chamber communicated in its turn with diffuser outlet chamber. Hollow conical swirler is fixed in the lower part of the mixing chamber of the nozzle. Conical shell of swirler is fixed by means of at least three spokes fixed with one end to the conical shell of the swirler in its upper part, and the other end in the annular groove made on the inner surface of the mixing chamber. On the external surface of the hollow cone swirler a screw thread is cut.

EFFECT: increasing spraying efficiency due to spray cone increasing.
