FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: nozzle comprises a hollow cylindrical body with a vortex flow splitter, in the upper part of the body there is an external thread for connection to the union of the distribution pipeline for liquid supply, and in the lower part of the body there is an external thread for connection with the vortex flow splitter. In the body, there is an inner cylindrical chamber which serves for liquid supply, and in the cylindrical chamber, coaxial thereto, there is a swirler installed with clearance relative to inner side surface of chamber and fixed on the rod which is fixed to the body in its upper part by means of a screen filter. The vortex flow splitter is fixed to the body by means of a holder having an inner thread and made in the form of a ring to which at least two plates inclined to the nozzle axis are attached and connected in lower part by means of vertically arranged rod on which the second swirler is installed, and made in the form of a cone with screw blades that encloses the rod with a gap and rests in the lower part on the stop located horizontally and perpendicular to the rod, in the cylindrical chamber, coaxial thereto, there is a hollow conical swirler installed with clearance relative to inner side surface of chamber and made in the form of a conical surface with screw through thread. The conical surface vertex of the hollow conical swirler is fixed on end surface of the rod.

EFFECT: fine-dispersed liquid sprayer efficiency increase.
