The torsion spring is fixed to the rotary spindle, at the end of the axis of the spindle two disks connected to each other at three points through 120° are fixed, the upper disc is made of a soft magnetic material and is in contact with the working plane of the releasing electromagnet. Between the two ceramic discs, in the open state of the valve, a gap of 0.05-0.1 mm is provided, thus, when the valve is accidentally closed, the friction between the discs is minimal.

EFFECT: creation of means of an interception valve design, requiring minimal effort to stop working environment, such as water, without leakage working environment and using small autonomous power-supply sources.
