FIELD: metrology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metrology and can be used in machine building and instrument making for measurements of strain, concentrated forces, gas and fluid pressure. The resonator consists of a piezoboard with two interdigital transducers and equidistant reflecting structures made up of reflecting grooves and arranged on both sides of the said pair of interdigital transducers. The said reflecting structures are arranged with a period of groove width making relative pulse duration exceeding 1, λ is the surface acoustic wave length, n is an integer exceeding or equal to 1, m is an integer exceeding or equal to 1. The aforesaid interdigital tranducers can be made no equidistant.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of strain measurement due to increased resonator frequency deviation.
