FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: liquid electrically initiated and controlled composition contains an oxidizer and a fuel additive, as well as additives to enhance chemical or ballistic properties: stabiliser, sequestrant, oxidant, surface-active agent, water, burning amplifier, and buffer. To generate the gas, the composition is contacted with the electrode. When electric voltage is applied to the electrode, it is possible to repeatedly resume burning of said composition, and, by stopping the supply of voltage, to stop burning of composition. Liquid-phase state makes flow possible in pipelines or in tubes that comes from tanks, reservoirs or other containers through dosing valves, with the subsequent modulation of ignition or combustion while stimulating with electrodes in a static or dynamic mode.
