FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the photocatalytic gases purification and can be used to destroy organic pollutants present in the air. Gas processing device (1) comprises dielectric channel (2) comprising: inlet (E) and outlet (S) of the gas; installed inside channel (2) ultraviolet lamp (3); electrodes (4 and 5); removable photocatalytic element (6). Electrode (4) is located on outer wall (22) of channel (2). Electrode (5) is located inside channel (2). Photocatalytic element (6) is located on inner wall (21) of channel (2) and contains a substrate, onto which the photocatalyst is located. Electrode (5) is formed by a spiral metal thread comprising windings (51, 52, 53, 54) pressing photocatalytic element (6) to inner wall (21) of channel (2). Gas processing system comprises: device (1); electric generators (8 and 9) of alternating current; an evacuation creating means. Generator (8) feeds lamp (3). Generator (9) feeds electrodes (4 and 5).
EFFECT: provided is an increase in the efficiency and speed of reducing the concentration of pollutants, simplification of the design.
