SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of preventing placenta-associated complications in pregnant women with combined thrombophilia. Prevention of placenta-associated complications in pregnant women with combined thrombophilia is ensured by prescribing low-molecular heparins from early pregnancy to the moment of delivery by subcutaneous administration of the preparation.
EFFECT: technical result is reducing the risk of placenta-associated complications in women with a combination of genetic and acquired form of thrombophilia.
