SUBSTANCE: method for processing leather raw material comprises flushing, fleshing, soaking, liming, deoiling, softening, pickling, tanning, wherein the softening operation is carried out using enzymic preparation "Basozym" CS10 at a ratio of 0.1-0.5 wt % of raw material and retanning operation is additionally carried out by processing with the drug "Basyntan DLE" syntan with a concentration of 3-4 wt % of rawhide.
EFFECT: method for processing leather raw material provides improved technological process of processing, increased quality characteristics of the obtained leathers and expanded possibility of their application.
