FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated means for regulating the temperature regime of the process of manufacturing pentaphthalic varnishes and can be used in chemical and paint industry for carrying out various technological processes. Method for automatic regulation of the temperature regime of the process of manufacturing pentaphthalic varnishes, consisting in maintaining the temperature regime of the working mixture for a long time. Temperature is kept within a predetermined range by automating process control through sequential operation of the device in two modes - heating mode and cooling mode. Device for implementing the method for automatic regulation of the temperature regime of the process of manufacturing pentaphthalic varnishes is also provided.
EFFECT: invention improves efficiency of heating reaction mass in a reactor, which helps to reduce the reaction time, save energy resources and reduce the cost of production.
